Lake Area Animal Hospital has a brand new building for our Melrose hospital, right next door to our original facility at 8758 State Rd 21. Expanded boarding services offer separate boarding areas for dogs and cats, with larger dog kennels and cat condos. These boarding areas feature their own air conditioning, ventilation and other modern systems to create a healthy, comfortable environment for your pet.
