Megan is our groomer extraordinaire .      Our new Melrose clinic is a state-of-the-art facility.   

      
You and your pet will be welcomed in our bright spaceous lobby.
Then you will be escorted to one of our clean modern examination rooms. 

           
Your pet will be examined by Dr. Blackburn or Dr. Henry.                If an X-ray is needed we are well equipped.      

                           
We have an Isolation Room with its own ventilation system for contagious pets.
Our Treatment Area includes an Oxygen Cage.

  
Drs. Henry and Blackburn are skilled surgeons and your pet will be in good hands in our large modern surgery.

  
Our Lab Area and Pharmacy are fully equipped and stocked to best meet the needs of your furry companion.

  
Whether they are large or small, we have clean comfortable housing for your pet's hospital stay.

           
In addition to our Grooming Salon & Spa's Hydro-Bath (a jacuzzi-like bubble bath to relax your pet),
our new facility offers a Bathing Station with a walk-up ramp for the large-breed pups.

 
Going out of town? For your canine companion, we have expanded our boarding facilities to include large runs and comfy beds. The individual dog kennels have a removable partition between them so that you can board multiple dogs together.

 
Your beloved feline friends will also board in comfort, while being entertained by a selection of cat-sitter DVDs.
They are in a separate area from the dogs so they will not be bothered by any barking.

   
Lake Area Animal Hospital supports The SPCA of Gainesville. You might find your new best friend in our Adoption Cage!
